A Salesforce Certified Administrator Based in Long Island

At the end of 2017 I was happily creating simple PHP applications, reports, and handling Salesforce troubleshooting for a large department. I was asked to join the Salesforce team as the administrator. With no previous experience, and only a few days of knowledge transfer possible I was very hesitant and almost didn't accept the position. Within a few months I obtained Ranger status, my first certification, and Superbadges. Now there is almost no problem I can't solve.
